Retaining Document Security
It appears that when a document is copied, the security which was applied to the original document is not retained. One of our Partners, who regularly secures most of his documents, is especially annoyed at this as it creates an additional step of applying security while profiling or after... show more
If security cannot be retained when performing a document copy, can a field be built in to alert the user if they want to retain or modify the security.

Profile/Security Template Creation
A suggestion regarding creating Profile and Security Templates. Currently, when creating a profile template, I have to go through the steps of creating a new document and then cancel the save document function... show more
This seems rather a roundabout way of getting this done. Same for creating security templates. It would be much easier to have a menu bar option entitled Create Profile/Security Templates. Also, once a user has created their templates, the option of Apply Security Template should be at the profile screen as Apply Profile Template currently is. Thank you.
